In the field of fuel cells, Cheersonic's ultrasonic fuel cell catalyst coating system delivers outstanding performance. This system utilizes high-frequency vibration to atomize precious metal salt solutions into nano-scale droplets, enabling the deposition of highly uniform, durable, and reproducible carbon-based catalyst ink coatings on the surfaces of membrane electrodes, gas diffusion layers (GDL), electrodes, and various electrolyte membranes for proton exchange membrane fuel cells (PEMFC), direct methanol fuel cells (DMFC), solid oxide fuel cells (SOFC), etc., without causing deformation of the membrane body. Experimental data shows that the platinum utilization rate in membranes coated with ultrasonic spraying reaches approximately 90%, while reducing material consumption by more than 50%, effectively lowering production costs. Its ultrasonic spraying technology can also precisely control the spray to produce membrane layers with excellent uniformity. The high-frequency vibration prevents clogging of the spray head, ensuring the stability and efficiency of the production process, and laying a solid foundation for the performance improvement and large-scale application of fuel cells.
