The intelligent linking of the movements of the axis system with the dispensing pump leads to constant bead cross-sections (height and width), even at different speeds. This enables optimized cycle times while ensuring the best possible dispensing result.

The DATRON dispensing technology ensures a consistent bead cross-section along the entire dispensing contour. Through precise adjustment of the dispensing quantity and the use of special ramp and stripping strategies, hardly visible thickenings occur even at critical points such as start/stop areas and junctions. The result is a uniform and exact dispensing that meets the highest quality standards
