Estanc is an Estonian family-owned company with more than 30 years of experience in engineering and manufacturing large-scale process equipment for demanding industrial projects. Founded in 1992 and headquartered near Tallinn, Estanc supports customers across Europe and international markets, with nearly all of its production exported.
Estanc provides full-service project execution, covering engineering, procurement, project management, manufacturing, quality assurance and quality control, documentation, delivery and installation support. Our product portfolio includes shell-and-tube heat exchangers, process columns, pressure and process vessels, reboilers, tanks, scrubbers, separators, deaerators and other customised process equipment.
We support carbon capture, utilisation and storage projects with equipment designed for demanding operating conditions, complex materials and strict quality requirements. Our experience also extends to hydrogen, energy and power generation, pulp and paper, petrochemical, marine and nuclear industries.
Estanc operates three production halls with a total production area of approximately 12,000 m², including separate workshops for carbon steel and stainless steel. Our manufacturing capabilities allow us to deliver equipment with a diameter of up to 7 metres, a length of up to 60 metres and a weight of up to 200 tonnes. We work with carbon steel, stainless steel, Duplex and Super Duplex steels, nickel alloys, titanium and other specialised materials.
With experienced engineers, more than 350 qualified welding procedures and internationally recognised certifications, Estanc combines technical expertise, flexible manufacturing and reliable project execution to deliver equipment tailored to each customer’s process and project requirements.
