Exion Hydrogen develops and manufactures containerized pressurized water electrolyzers for industrial applications requiring reliable on-site hydrogen generation.
Our focus is straightforward: supplying hydrogen where industry needs it, with electrolyzer systems engineered for reliability, durability and stable long-term operation.
Exion Hydrogen combines decades of electrolyzer engineering experience with its own alkaline and PEM technology platforms. Our product portfolio includes the HyGGe™ 100A alkaline electrolyzer, producing up to 100 Nm³/h of hydrogen at 30 barg pressure, and the HyGGe™ 500P PEM electrolyzer, designed for applications requiring higher hydrogen output and highly dynamic operation.
Both platforms follow the same engineering philosophy: the performance of an electrolyzer is determined by much more than stack efficiency alone. Gas quality, pressure stability, thermal management, system integration, component selection, dynamic behaviour and maintainability all contribute to reliable hydrogen production throughout the equipment lifetime.
Our systems are particularly suited to industrial users looking to produce hydrogen directly at the point of consumption. Applications include hydrogenation processes, glass manufacturing, metallurgy and heat treatment, chemicals, mobility, energy applications and other industrial processes where hydrogen forms an integral part of production.
