For the first time, we present our new flagship project – H₂B:IMPACT, Germany’s first Clean Hydrogen Partnership co-funded Hydrogen Valley.
H₂B:IMPACT transforms Bremen’s strong regional hydrogen ecosystem into three integrated H₂ value chains and five innovative testbeds across mobility, logistics, construction and industry – creating international visibility and tangible impact.
An international consortium of 28 partners is developing and demonstrating innovative hydrogen technologies, products and applications along the entire value chain.
The project is coordinated by the Hydrogen Office at the Ministry of Economic Affairs, Ports and Transformation of the Free Hanseatic City of Bremen.
H2B:IMPACT will establish a flagship Hydrogen Valley in Bremen, integrating five innovative hydrogen use cases across mobility, construction, logistics and industry. The project will deploy 25.1 MW of new electrolyser capacity, produce over 3,600 tonnes of renewable H₂ and enable the offtake of more than 1,500 tonnes through integrated production, distribution and end-use solutions.
