Leobersdorfer Maschinenfabrik GmbH (LMF) is an Austrian manufacturer of tailor-made reciprocating high pressure compressor solutions for demanding industrial and energy applications. Founded in 1850 and headquartered in Leobersdorf, Austria, LMF combines more than 80 years of compressor experience with extensive application expertise and long-term service support.
From research and development, engineering and manufacturing to assembly, testing and after-sales service, every compressor solution is developed around the specific process requirements of the respective project. More than 40 000 LMF compressor solutions have been delivered worldwide.
In the hydrogen sector, LMF provides compressor solutions for applications throughout the entire value chain, including green hydrogen production, mobility, storage and transportation. Our portfolio covers compressors for electrolyzers, hydrogen refuelling infrastructure, underground and above-ground storage facilities, pipeline applications, trailer filling and mobile hydrogen transfer. Depending on the application, LMF offers lubricated and non-lubricated compressor designs as well as solutions for pure hydrogen and hydrogen-containing gas mixtures.
