OCRAMclima®, a brand of Vieira & Lopes, is an established Portuguese company with over 25 years of experience in the design and manufacture of customised air handling and air treatment solutions. With an international presence, the company has contributed to emblematic and technically demanding projects worldwide, including the Extremely Large Telescope (ELT) in Chile, one of the world's most ambitious astronomical infrastructure projects.

Building on its extensive HVAC expertise, the company is expanding into carbon capture through the development of an innovative solution that integrates CO₂ capture into Air Handling Units (AHUs). Using advanced Metal-Organic Framework (MOF) materials, this technology aims to bring carbon capture capabilities into existing air treatment infrastructure, creating new opportunities for integration into large-scale buildings and industrial facilities.
Through R&D projects, OCRAMclima® is advancing this integrated approach to carbon capture, combining established air treatment expertise with emerging carbon capture technologies.
