VON ARDENNE develops and manufactures systems for the industrial vacuum coating of materials such as glass, wafers, metal strip or polymer films.
Our customers use these materials to manufacture high-quality products such as solar cells, architectural glass, fuel cells, semiconductors or microelectronic components for sensors and optics.
With more than 65 years of experience in electron beam technology and over 50 years of experience in magnetron sputtering, VON ARDENNE is a pioneer and world-leading supplier of equipment and technologies in PVD thin-film and vacuum process technology.
We are facing the challenges of our current times. Together with our customers, we are working on solutions for the sustainable use of energy, its generation from renewable sources and for the mobility of the future.
As a technology pioneer, we have many years of expertise in developing coating processes as well as equipment and scaling them to meet the various requirements in R&D, pilot and high-volume production.
