Carboneo is contributing to future large-scale production of electrofuels through the electrolysis of CO2. Its focus is on the design and manufacturing of the electrodes needed for CO2 electrolysis, a crucial and highly valuable component of the value chain.
The electrode developed by Carboneo is based on a unique combination of cutting-edge French technologies: a molecular catalyst deposited on a vertically aligned carbon nanotube (VACNT) mat produced by NAWAH.
Carboneo is a French deeptech spin-off from Paris-Cité University supported by the ETSEM GROUP and SATT Erganeo.
