Benjamin Lehner is the CEO of DMEC an international knowledge centre and accelerator for offshore renewable energy & sustainability innovations. At DMEC he initiated the biggest European Green Deal project on offshore multi-use called EU-SCORES. Before joining DMEC, Benjamin founded a start-up on delocalised carbon capture and storage (CCS). He holds a PhD from Delft University of Technology in collaboration with NASA on the interface of synthetic biology, nano materials and space flight. He holds an executive MBA between Rotterdam School of Management and University of Cologne Business School and a Master degree in Biology from the University of Salzburg.
