Dr. Leif Christian Kr'ger brings a strong interdisciplinary background in energy systems, hydrogen technologies, and science-policy engagement. He is the Head of Public Affairs at thyssenkrupp nucera AG & Co. KGaA in Dortmund, a global leader in green hydrogen technologies. He joined thyssenkrupp nucera in 2022 as Senior Business Development Manager, where he focused on global large-scale green hydrogen projects. Prior to that, he served as a Scientific Advisor at acatech ' the German Academy of Science and Engineering for the German-Australian HySupply project, a feasibility study on renewable hydrogen exports. He holds a doctorate in engineering from RWTH Aachen, where he also earned his bachelor's and master's degrees in mechanical and energy engineering. During his studies, he spent a semester at the Indian Institute of Technology Madras in Chennai, India.
