Dr. Rob Bell is an expert in the field of low carbon technology, hydrogen and sustainable technologies. With over 20 years of experience, Dr. Bell has made significant contributions to the advancement of novel processes to decarbonise energy use in industry. He holds a Doctorate in Engineering from the University of Birmingham and is a UKRI Leadership Fellow in industrial decarbonisation. Currently, Dr. Bell serves as a Director and founder of Volta Hydrogen ltd where he leads a team of researchers and engineers developing innovative hydrogen production solutions for distributed industrial sites. His work focuses on improving the efficiency and scalability of hydrogen production technologies to support global energy transition efforts. Dr. Bell has been a keynote speaker at several international conferences focussed on process decarbonisation, and his expertise spans across hydrogen production, storage and application. In addition to his research, Dr. Bell regularly collaborates with universities and research institutions to promote knowledge sharing and innovation in the field of industrial decarbonisation.
