Tim joined Shell in 2016 and since then has held various technical leadership positions in Shell's Downstream Refining and Chemicals assets. In 2023 he moved into his current role as a Commercial Director within Shell Catalysts & Technologies' global decarbonisation group. Within this group Tim focuses on the UK technology licensing portfolio and works with customers from different sectors in decarbonizing their assets using a range of Shell's technologies including carbon capture and blue hydrogen. Tim holds a master's degree in aerospace engineering and is based out of Shell's Amsterdam office in the Netherlands
