A true passionate in energy transition, Carolina is Deputy CTO (Chief Technology Officer) for Rely, a recently created joint venture between Technip Energies and John Cockerill, and a key actor in accelerating the large-scale global deployment of Green Hydrogen and Power-to-X. A Chemical Engineer (M.Eng) from Imperial College with Executive Education from INSEAD, Carolina has built her 19 years+ international career thru various roles in the energy industry evolving from chemical process engineer to project manager to technology leader, from established technologies implementation to R&D and Innovations. She’s lived and worked in several countries across four continents and believes that diversity plays a crucial role in innovations. Technology experiences include: Carbon-Free Energies, Floating Offshore Wind, LNG liquefaction, natural gas processing, utilities, flare and blowdown design, depressurization, produced water / MEG / chemicals management, onshore and offshore processing, and floating structures (FLNG and FPSO).
