Dr. Alain Bill is Vice President of Global Sales, Business Development & Marketing for Clean Air Technologies at ANDRITZ. He holds a degree in Chemical Engineering and a PhD in heterogeneous catalysis from EPFL in Switzerland, complemented by business studies at the University of Rochester in the United States. He began his career in research at ABB before holding various positions at Alstom Power and GE Steam Power. His responsibilities covered research and development, marketing for the EMA region, global product management and LatAm operations, always with a strong focus on emissions reduction technologies. Since joining ANDRITZ in 2022, Alain has led global commercial and business development activities for the Clean Air Technologies division. He brings extensive experience in emissions reduction, industrial decarbonization, and carbon capture, combining technical expertise with a strong understanding of global markets and customer needs.
