Dr. Alain Bill is Vice President of Global Sales, Business Development & Marketing for Clean Air Technologies at ANDRITZ. He holds a degree in Chemical Engineering and a PhD in heterogeneous catalysis from EPFL in Switzerland, complemented by business studies at the University of Rochester in the United States. He began his career in research at ABB before holding international leadership positions at Alstom Power and GE. His responsibilities covered research and development, product management, marketing, and operations in Europe, Asia, the Americas, and Latin America, with a strong focus on air pollution control technologies. Since joining ANDRITZ in 2022, Alain has led global commercial and business development activities for the Clean Air Technologies division. He brings extensive experience in emission reduction, industrial decarbonization, and carbon capture, combining technical expertise with a strong understanding of global markets and customer needs.
