Albin Chaise is a researcher and engineer at the French Alternative Energies and Atomic Energy Commission (CEA – LITEN), specialising in the development of innovative chemical reactors for the conversion of CO2 into value-added molecules. His work spans the full innovation cycle, from conceptualisation to technology transfer and scale-up with industrial partners, including reactor design and manufacturing processes. Dr. Chaise holds a PhD in Materials Physics and has contributed to the advancement of hydrogen storage technologies. Since 2016, his research has focused on Power to Gas technologies, and particularly on the development of CO2 methanation reactors and the management of the entire conversion chain. His work contributes to advancing CCUS and carbon valorisation technologies for the energy transition.
