Albin Chaise is a researcher and engineer at the French Alternative Energies and Atomic Energy Commission (CEA – LITEN), specializing in the development of innovative chemical reactors for converting CO₂ into value-added molecules. His work covers the entire innovation cycle, from conceptualization to technology transfer and industrial scale-up, including reactor design and manufacturing processes.
Dr. Chaise holds a PhD in Materials Physics and has contributed to advancements in hydrogen storage technologies. Since 2016, his research has focused on Power-to-Gas (P2G) technologies, particularly the development of CO₂ methanation reactors and the management of the entire conversion chain. His contributions help advance Carbon Capture, Utilization, and Storage (CCUS) and carbon valorization technologies, supporting the energy transition.
