Bela Kumar is a strategic leader at Imerys, currently heading project PRECIZE—a flagship CCU (Carbon Capture and Utilization) initiative focused on decarbonizing specialty cement through H2/O2 combustion. Working in partnership with ADEME, she orchestrates the strategic consortiums and technical milestones necessary to drive industrial-scale energy transitions. An Industrial Process Engineer (UTC) with an International MBA (emlyon business scool), Bela specializes in bridging the gap between technical R&D and executive strategy. Her career includes five years leading international transformation projects at BIC and experience as a Strategic Planner at Emerson. Trilingual and multicultural, Bela is dedicated to transforming complex technological challenges into sustainable industrial performance and long-term ESG impact.
