Brent has spent 25 years financing and delivering large-scale energy and infrastructure projects. He has structured and closed more than $30 billion of transactions across renewables, energy, infrastructure, and utilities, including the development of over 4 GW of wind and solar from concept to operation. As CEO and co-founder of Carbon America, Brent secured more than $100 million in DOE grant funding for carbon hubs and originated first-of-a-kind carbon offtake agreements. At FrostCarbon, he is originating and structuring complex commercial arrangements while leading the company’s corporate and project finance strategy to scale FrostCC® into a commercial business.
