Carlos Divino has been working at the Deutsche Gesellschaft für Internationale Zusammenarbeit (GIZ) GmbH for over four years, developing energy projects in hydrogen, port infrastructure, metalworking industry and Battery Energy Storage Systems. Through the International Hydrogen Ramp-Up Programme (H2Uppp) and Energy Storage Technologies (E2Brasil/H2Brasil) he implements cooperation between German, European and Brazilian companies and government, specially with public private partnerships.
