Dr. Changsheng Yao is founder and CEO of HydoTech since 2021. He has lead HydoTech to achieve breakthroughs in technology and commercialization. Under his leadership, the company developed the high-performance electrolysis product - HydoLyser®, and expanded business presence aross Europe, the Middle East, and East Asia. Today, HydoTech partners with leading global energy companies, including Shell, TotalEnergies, and Sinopec, to advance deep decarbonization and promote affordable green hydrogen. Prior to founding HydoTech, Dr. Yao served in engineering and strategy area of renewable and EV industries for over 10 years. Dr. Yao earned a Ph.D. From Tsinghua University, and dual Bachelor degrees of Engineering and Economics from Tsinghua University.
