Corin Taylor is Segment Leader for hydrogen and sustainable fuels for DNV’s Northern Europe region, supporting the development of DNV’s services for green and low carbon fuels and feedstocks. He has nearly ten years’ experience at the forefront of gas and hydrogen development, and a total of 19 years’ experience advancing five crucial issues – energy, aviation policy, taxation and public spending, pensions, welfare reform. He is an advisor to gas networks and major international investors on the transition to hydrogen and derivatives and the impacts of net zero on investment in energy assets internationally. Corin has recently acted as project manager and quality assurer for green ammonia projects, including technology issues, maritime uptake and emissions. He has also managed commercial due diligence on a portfolio of green hydrogen and ammonia production projects in Norway and Chile. He has also carried out training sessions on hydrogen and ammonia, including for Gasunie in the Netherlands, and projects investigating certification of green and low carbon hydrogen and derivatives. Corin holds a Master of Arts, Philosophy, Politics and Economics from Balliol College, University of Oxford.
