Fernando V. Beguiristáin is Board Secretary, General Counsel and Public Affairs Director at ACCIONA & Nordex Green Hydrogen, where he leads legal, regulatory and institutional affairs. Over more than 15 years at ACCIONA, he has served as General Counsel for its concessions business and for its energy business in South America, based in Santiago de Chile. A lawyer with nearly two decades of experience in energy, M&A and regulatory matters, he holds a Master in International Law from IEB and ISDE.
