Florencia Larghi is a Chemical Engineer with two Master’s degrees from Universidad Politécnica de Madrid: a Master’s in Renewable Energy and Environment and a Master’s in Energy Engineering. She has more than 16 years of experience in the energy and industrial sectors, with a strong focus on decarbonization, renewable gases and energy transition. She currently works at Emerson as Sustainability & Decarbonization Business Development Manager within Pressure Management, supporting the integration of hydrogen, biomethane and digital solutions into European gas networks. Previously, she worked on renewable energy and green hydrogen projects, supporting feasibility studies and techno-economic assessments in Vector Renewables. Before that, she held technical and commercial roles in industrial energy sectors, including sulfur recovery and emissions reduction technologies at Topsoe, process engineering and FEED/basic design activities in the oil and gas sector at Petrobras and Pampa Energía, and production and operations supervision in the biofuels industry at Louis Dreyfus Company.
