Jan is Co-Founder and VP Sales at Enapter, a pioneer in AEM (Anion Exchange Membrane) electrolyzer technology for green hydrogen production. Involved since Enapter's earliest start-up days, Jan has held leadership roles spanning R&D, engineering, product strategy, operations, and strategic partnerships. Today, Jan drives Enapter's commercial growth across Asia and Germany, helping industrial and energy customers worldwide adopt scalable, modular hydrogen electrolysis solutions. Jan holds a master’s degree in aerospace engineering from the University of Sheffield, UK, an MBA from Hong Kong University of Science and Technology, and speaks German, English, Mandarin Chinese, and Thai.
