Johannes Eng is Head of New Energies at duisport – Duisburger Hafen AG, the world’s largest inland port, where he drives the transformation of European logistics hubs toward climate friendly and resilient energy and supply chains. His work focuses on hydrogen and its derivatives, green energy carriers and renewable molecules, and the development of new infrastructure and logistics models for energy intensive and chemical industries. With more than 20 years of international experience in the logistics and solar sectors – including leadership positions at Canadian Solar, Scatec Solar Engineering, and duisport industrial solutions – he brings extensive expertise in building global supply chains and managing large scale industrial transformation projects. Johannes Eng studied at EUFH University of Applied Sciences in Brühl (Germany) and Saint Mary’s University in Halifax (Canada), specializing in General Management, Supply Chain & Logistics.
