Jonathan Girault is a seasoned process engineering leader with over two decades of experience in the energy sector, currently driving innovation in Green Hydrogen and Power-to-X technologies at Rely. In his role as Process Manager, he oversees the development of cutting-edge solutions such as eNH₃, eMeOH, and eCH₄, while providing strategic technical support across global operating centers. Prior to joining Rely, Jonathan built a strong career at Technip and Technip Energies, where he held multiple senior roles over nearly 20 years. He led process engineering efforts on major offshore and floating LNG projects—including the TORTUE FPSO for BP and CORAL FLNG for ENI—and played a key role in the Carbon Free Technology division, advancing green hydrogen initiatives. His expertise spans offshore projects, subsea systems, and project optimization, with hands-on experience in international environments such as South Korea, North Sea and Africa. Jonathan holds a Master’s degree in Chemical Engineering from Chimie ParisTech - PSL, and is recognized for his deep technical knowledge, cross-functional leadership, and commitment to accelerating the energy transition through sustainable engineering.
