Dr.-Ing. Julio García-Navarro is a senior scientist and consultant for TNO. He has a master’s degree in Sustainable Energy Technology and a PhD in Electrochemistry. He has 15 years’ experience in the area of hydrogen, with topics of interest including PEM fuel cell systems, electrolysis (alkaline, PEM, AEM), RFNBO compliance, offshore hydrogen, energy resilience, and system level thinking around hydrogen and decarbonized fuels.
