Dr. Martin Robinius is a Partner at Implement Consulting Group, advising energy companies, infrastructure players and investors on strategy, transformation and growth. One of his long-standing areas of expertise is the integration of hydrogen and electrolysis into the power system – from transmission-level energy system planning to distribution-grid challenges and local grid constraints. During his academic career at Forschungszentrum Jülich and RWTH Aachen University, he published extensively on hydrogen infrastructure, power-to-gas, electrolyser siting and the role of electrolysers within electricity grids, including their potential as an alternative to conventional distribution-grid expansion. Today, he combines this technical energy-system background with a strategic and commercial perspective on the energy transition.
