Racheda Melloul is a Senior Consulting Engineer with 10 years of experience in technical project management across the energy, industry and transport sectors. Her experience covers R&D and innovation, hydrogen infrastructure, decarbonisation, renewable gases, feasibility studies, technical and economic assessments, and coordination of multidisciplinary and multi-stakeholder projects. Since 2024, she has been working as an independent consultant, supporting technical studies, project delivery, training and process improvement.
She is also French Chapter Lead of Women in Green Hydrogen, contributing to the development of the French network and the organisation of events around energy transition. Racheda regularly moderates and contributes to technical seminars, conferences and industry events. She holds an engineering degree in Materials Science, a Master’s degree in Energy and Transport, and an engineering qualification in project management.
