Rokus van Iperen is Program Director Electrolyzer Stack Engineering at Bosch Thin Metal Technologies in Tilburg, the Netherlands. With over a decade of experience leading international engineering teams and developing innovative, market-ready technologies, he combines technical expertise with strategic leadership and a passion for innovation. He currently leads Bosch's electrolyzer stack pre-development program, where he is responsible for technology preparation, performance improvement, cost reduction, and industrialization activities for next-generation hydrogen electrolysis stacks. Rokus played a central role in securing Bosch Tilburg's long-term pre-development responsibility within the strategic Bosch Electrolyser program, helping establish the site as a cornerstone of Bosch's hydrogen innovation efforts. His professional background spans new business development, automotive powertrain electrification and system engineering, giving him extensive experience in translating emerging technologies into scalable industrial solutions. He holds an MSc in Mechanical Engineering from Eindhoven University of Technology and is passionate about accelerating the energy transition through innovation, industrialization, and cross-industry collaboration. Through his work, Rokus focuses on advancing technologies that can make green hydrogen more accessible, affordable, and impactful in building a sustainable energy future.
