Ross Brown is Shell's Global Policy Lead for CCS. Before joining Shell, Ross led a CCS project for a waste company. Prior to that he spent several years in consultancy advising energy and industrial majors on corporate affairs. Ross has an LLM in International Law and and MSc in Carbon Management.
