Susanne started as Director Hydrogen in March 2024 with a clear mission: Uniper will support the ramp up of the hydrogen economy with own Electrolyzer assets and delivering green hydrogen to customers! Together with a fabulous Hydrogen Team operating in the Nordics, UK, Netherlands and Germany, she develops hydrogen projects and proves their commercial viability. Susanne is a highly motivated and engaging personality with a focus on inclusive leadership. She is experienced in (digital) transformation, positively influencing stakeholders and creating high performing teams. She has been working in car manufacturing and pharmaceutical industry prior to joining the energy sector.
