Thomas Michaelis is a graduate engineer in mechanical engineering (RWTH Aachen University) who joined VDMA P2X4A in 2022. He has 10 years of work experience in the automotive industry from OEM to 2nd tier suppliers in sales, project- and supply chain management. At VDMA - the largest network organization and an important voice for the machinery and equipment manufacturing industry in Europe and Germany - he works on hydrogen and Power-to-X applications for the mechanical and plant engineering industry. He is responsible for market exploitation programs, fairs, tradeshows and international conferences.
