We are proud to introduce the first prototypes of our 𝗖𝗖-𝟰𝟬𝟬𝟬 𝗵𝗶𝗴𝗵-𝘃𝗼𝗹𝘁𝗮𝗴𝗲 𝗯𝗼𝗼𝘀𝘁 𝗶𝗻𝘃𝗲𝗿𝘁𝗲𝗿 – developed to drive our ultra-high-speed 𝗳𝘂𝗲𝗹 𝗰𝗲𝗹𝗹 𝗮𝗶𝗿 𝗰𝗼𝗺𝗽𝗿𝗲𝘀𝘀𝗼𝗿𝘀 𝗶𝗻 𝗺𝗲𝗱𝗶𝘂𝗺- 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗵𝗲𝗮𝘃𝘆-𝗱𝘂𝘁𝘆 𝗳𝘂𝗲𝗹 𝗰𝗲𝗹𝗹 𝘀𝘆𝘀𝘁𝗲𝗺𝘀.

🔋 𝗪𝗵𝗮𝘁 𝗺𝗮𝗸𝗲𝘀 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗖𝗖-𝟰𝟬𝟬𝟬 𝘀𝘁𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗼𝘂𝘁?
• 𝗨𝗹𝘁𝗿𝗮-𝗰𝗼𝗺𝗽𝗮𝗰𝘁 𝗱𝗲𝘀𝗶𝗴𝗻: delivering >25 kW continuous power in a footprint of just 291 x 246 x 78 mm – that’s a power density of 𝟰.𝟳 𝗸𝗪 𝗽𝗲𝗿 𝗹𝗶𝘁𝗲𝗿.
• 𝗜𝗻𝘁𝗲𝗴𝗿𝗮𝘁𝗲𝗱 𝗯𝗼𝗼𝘀𝘁 𝗳𝗿𝗼𝗻𝘁-𝗲𝗻𝗱: ensures maximum inverter output voltage (800 Vpk) across the full HV range (250 – 920 V DC).
• 𝗙𝘂𝗹𝗹 𝗽𝗼𝘄𝗲𝗿 𝘄𝗶𝘁𝗵𝗼𝘂𝘁 𝗱𝗲𝗿𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗻𝗴: >25 kW continuous compressor power available from 520 V DC.
• 𝗘𝗳𝗳𝗶𝗰𝗶𝗲𝗻𝘁 𝘀𝘆𝘀𝘁𝗲𝗺 𝗶𝗻𝘁𝗲𝗴𝗿𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻: reduced phase currents and only 6 mm² motor cables at 25 kW.
• 𝗥𝗼𝗯𝘂𝘀𝘁 & 𝘃𝗲𝗿𝘀𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗹𝗲: sensorless PMSM speed control up to 140,000 rpm, IP67/IP6K9K protection, and CAN interface.
The 𝗖𝗖-𝟰𝟬𝟬𝟬 combines 𝗺𝗮𝘅𝗶𝗺𝘂𝗺 𝗽𝗲𝗿𝗳𝗼𝗿𝗺𝗮𝗻𝗰𝗲 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗰𝗼𝗺𝗽𝗮𝗰𝘁𝗻𝗲𝘀𝘀 – specifically designed and optimized for the demands of modern fuel cell applications in automotive, marine, and stationary systems.
