Switches and Pushbuttons from In-House Production

Rose Systemtechnik GmbH Hall: B5 Stand: 5E15
Switches and Pushbuttons from In-House Production
Thanks to in-house production of switches and pushbuttons, ROSE’s control stations have become significantly more compact.

ROSE Systemtechnik is now producing a selection of switches and pushbuttons for its enclosure systems in-house. These newly developed components are significantly more compact than comparable products currently available on the market. This space-saving design benefits manufacturers of machines, devices, and systems – and the smaller enclosures also blend in more seamlessly with the overall application design.

The in-house manufactured components include selector switches, pushbuttons, indicator lights, and emergency stop switches. All versions are compliant with ATEX and IECEx standards (Zones 1 and 2, as well as 21 and 22), and most models are also available with lockable functionality. The switches and pushbuttons meet the IP66 protection standard (IEC 60529) and are suitable for use in ambient temperatures ranging from –60 °C to +70 °C. They are available in classic colours such as red, yellow, green, blue, and amber, as well as white and black.

ROSE will also manufacture the control and lighting modules for the switches and pushbuttons in-house. “We’ve managed to reduce the module width by two-thirds compared to competitor products,” says Sven Schönfeld, Projects Energy & Ex at ROSE Systemtechnik. As a result, ROSE’s contact and LED modules are just 10 mm wide and require minimal installation space.

ROSE’s switch and pushbutton solutions are suitable for both DIN rail mounting and installation in enclosure lids. They can be seamlessly integrated into any of the company’s enclosure systems – regardless of whether the housing is made from aluminium, plastic, or stainless steel.
