The one ALK Electrolyser
The stack employs a bipolar press-filter structure, where hydrogen- and oxygen-containing lye flows through dedicated channels before being collected and extracted. It consists of bipolar plates, membranes, electrodes, and end plates, clamped together using tension bolts. Designed for 1.6 MPa(g) pressure, it optimizes efficiency through integrated bipolar plates and enhanced manufacturing, achieving a current density of 4,000 A/m² and DC energy consumption below 4.5 kWh/Nm³ of H₂ at 100% load.
