Pure H2 Dispensers 35/70 Mpa

This Pure H2 Dispenser is designed to refill hydrogen vehicle at 350 or 700 bar.

Equipment is provided with all necessary auxiliary items to perform safe reliable onsite hydrogen refuelling system.

The Dispenser complies to ATEX Standard (EX, EEx), SAEJ 2601 refuelling protocol and is CE certified.

The Dispenser enclosure is suitable for outdoor installation with stainless steel outer finish

The dispenser includes a PLC based control system and a user interface with HMI panel. The refuelling process is fully automatically controlled and monitored from the HMI user interface

The management of the storage banks is completely automatic and performed in conjunction with the Priority panel: the dispenser takes care of the refuelling process by selecting the appropriate storage bank and dispensing at controlled rate until the final pressure into the vehicle is achieved

The Dispenser can also be integrated with Infrared IR communication capability with the vehicle.

This allows to perform a real time monitoring system of the refuelling vehicle parameters. When no IR communication the control system is able to measure the capacity of the vehicle tank at the beginning of the dispensing and perform the refuelling in accordance with the SAEJ 2601 protocol.

• Single and Double-line H2 connection for 700 bar or 350bar vehicle, through use of standard “Weh geometry” nozzle with hose set and breakaway coupling to protect against tow-away incidents.
• Metering system based on Coriolis flow meter with accurate metering of the amount of hydrogen dispensed.
• Dispenser able to manage up to three banks and multilevel storage pressure.
• Refuelling system based on SAE J2601.
• Vehicle communication module with IR sensor comply with SAEJ2799.
• Card reader for payment system.

SAFETY SYSTEM

• Hose leak detection system during refuelling and during idle condition.
• Double hydrogen gas leak detector.
• Double overpressure protection for each individual dispensing line.
• Temperature and pressure sensors installed in key locations to ensure highest accuracy.
• Immediate shutdown and vent of the internal H2 lines on alarm event
• Emergency stop button
