Resillion™ is a precious metal coating technology for PEM electrolyzers, uniquely engineered to deliver both enhanced component performance and design flexibility.

Developed using a proprietary chemical deposition process Resillion™ deposits a uniform thin film with precise composition. It is specifically designed for titanium electrolyser components, such as bipolar plates, porous transport layers (PTLs), sinters, felts and meshes, and delivers enhanced conductivity, reduced contact resistance and corrosion protection. Suitable for all component sizes, a key advantage of the technology is it’s capability to maximize platinum efficiency on even complex shapes and geometries.
