Ultra-Low Temperature Valves For Liquified Hydrogen, Low pressure types
Fujikin presents its low-pressure ultra-low temperature valve range, developed for liquified hydrogen (LH₂) handling at temperatures down to -253 °C. These valves are tailored for storage, transfer, and supply systems, where space, flow rate, and leak integrity are critical.
The product range includes:
-
A manual valve type with an exceptionally high Cv value of 9, allowing for large flow rates at pressures up to 20 bar
-
A compact pneumatically actuated valve version for pressures up to 10 bar, ideal for systems with space constraints
Both variants feature:
-
Bellows sealing for maximum leak-tightness under cryogenic conditions
-
All-wetted parts in stainless steel (316L) for corrosion resistance and material compatibility with LH₂
-
Rugged construction designed to ensure long service life in demanding hydrogen environments
“These valves are the result of our deep expertise in cryogenic engineering and hydrogen systems. With high flow capability, robust materials, and compact actuation, they are built to support the next generation of LH₂ infrastructure,” says Goran Ramic, Area Sales & Business Development Manager at Fujikin (Deutschland) GmbH.
