➤ Hydrotest Each pressure vessel goes through a hydrotest once all prior control points are confirmed. The vessel is filled with water and pressurized to ensure complete tightness and structural integrity — any deformation or leak is carefully checked.

➤ Functional Testing Our pressure drop indicators and condensate drains are tested one by one. We verify there are no leaks, ensure controllers work properly, and confirm the product performs precisely to specification.

➤ Leakage Test After surface treatments like electrocoating, each filter housing is submerged in water and injected with air. This allows us to detect even the smallest leak — making sure that every unit is fully sealed and completely reliable.
