Ed Sullivan has over 18 years of experience in the Fire and Rescue Service (FRS) and was the Hazardous Materials and Incident Command lead for a UK FRS for 5 years, as well as being a training instructor. For his final two years with the FRS, Ed was seconded to the UK’s Fire Service College (FSC) as their hazardous materials training lead. Leading the delivery and contract management for over 25 major emergency programmes to UK and International response organisations. Ed has been the emergency preparedness and response lead at Ricardo for the last 4 years, with responsibility for both the delivery quality and the effectiveness of all related projects across the public and private sector.
