Marcus Ruebsam is founder of 2 hydrogen digital start-ups: CibusCell anbd H2 Digital. CibusCell is according to the Finacial Times one of the Top Ten Hydrogen Start-Ups in Europe. He employs his entrepreneurial expertise in advising and running startup and tech companies in the areas of strategy, investors, product, M&A and Go-to-Market. He´s an executive with more than 25 years of leadership in B2B software and managed several hundred developers. Throughout his career, has led global teams in the areas of Marketing, Sales, E-Commerce and also software development. He has a proven track record in crisis management, change management, business transformation, and mergers and acquisitions. My deep understanding of corporate strategy, business development, product management, product development and channel strategy accounts for much of my successes. During his 15 years of leadership at Europe’s largest software company, I successfully rebuilt the CRM business during a high growth period, identified and closed several M&A deals valued at more than $5B, and supported the post-merger integrations process adding $500M in revenue and 3,000 employees to the organization.
