Saiyam Marahatta is a results-driven engineering professional with an analytical mindset and a passion for solving complex problems at the intersection of innovation, strategy, and collaboration. He holds two master’s degrees: a Master of Science in Process Technology and a Master of Science in Engineering Management, along with a Bachelor of Engineering in Ballistics and Aero-hydrodynamics. This blend of deep technical knowledge and management expertise enables him to align engineering solutions with broader business goals. In his most recent roles, Saiyam has been working extensively on circular economy solutions, focusing on carbon capture, hydrogen, and devising business models that address environmental challenges while supporting economic development. He thrives in roles that require bringing people together to make informed, collaborative decisions. Whether leading cross-functional teams or engaging stakeholders to co-create value, he focuses on delivering solutions that make a measurable impact—both operationally and strategically.
